Hensley reconditioned hitches are bought back from our customers who have retired from RVing or have moved on to a 5th wheel or motor home. Each unit returned to Hensley is completely disassembled, bushings replaced with new, repainted, and re-packaged. Other than minor dings and scratches, a reconditioned Hensley Arrow will last as long and perform as well as a new hitch.
Supplies are limited, but if you’d like to reserve one, or are responding to an advertisement or email from Hensley Mfg., email Terry at terry@hensleymfg.com with the subject title “Please hold a reconditioned Arrow for me.” This does not obligate you to purchase. Terry will only hold a reconditioned hitch in your name for three days or until you let him know you are no longer interested.
You will receive an email from Terry to let you know if a reconditioned Hensley Arrow is available. If you’d prefer a phone call, simply include your phone number in the email. You will not be added to any list or receive additional phone calls unless you request it.
If no reconditioned hitches are available, you can request that Terry put you on a waiting list, in which case he will inform you as soon as a reconditioned Hensley Arrow or Cub becomes available.
