I purchased my Hensley Arrow hitch in June in
preparation of a trip to Colorado. We have a 3/4-ton Suburban (4WD)
and pull a 34-foot Air Stream. Under certain conditions, with dual
sway bars, we have experienced the "white knuckle" swaying, almost
out of control.
NO, you can't have it back! I would guess your "60 day money back
guarantee" is the least thing used in your company.
After ordering my hitch, I was pleased to learn, the President took
my order, assisted me with the charge card, and promptly had the
hitch sent to me. I personally installed the hitch in about 2 1/2
hours.
My wife wanted to take a trial run prior to getting on the highway.
(I don't think it was for hitch performance, but to check my
installation. She thought of the embarrassment of pulling away from
a stop signal and the Air Stream falling off.) No trials, we started
for Colorado. Prior to leaving our neighborhood, I knew I had
purchased something really good. Until we traveled through the Texas
panhandle, I didn't realize how good. 108 degrees, 40 to 50 mile an
hour cross winds. Motor homes swerving all over the road, trailers
over turned, but not one time did I even get out of my lane. I was
driving 65 and 70 MPH.
I am a plumber by trade, not a pilot. However, I do have a keen
sense of feel. I HAVE NEVER FELT ANYTHING SO SOLID being pulled or
towed behind me.
